Please make sure once you use our service, you already have :
1. Passport (Your passport should be valid for a minimum of 6 months until the date of departure and/or arrival)
2. Flight Ticket
3. International Covid Vaccination Certificate/ Vaccination Certificate
Our VIP Departure service starts once the Check-in Counter opens.
- Check in counter will be open 3 hours before STD (Schedule Time Departure)
- Check in counter will be closed 40 minutes before STD (Schedule Time Departure)
Please Note :
Our service time start 3 hours before (STD) departure, please make sure you following these points :
- ARRIVAL – MUST BE between 2.5 hours before SCHEDULE TIME of DEPARTURE (STD)

- MEETING POINT – Drop Zone of International Departure.
